Does anyone know where I can get Resident Evil: Code Veronica X for Gamecube at a decent price?

I have been searching high and low, and the cheapest I have been able to find the game is $45 used. I do not understand why it is so expensive for Gamecube when on PS2 it is a mere few dollars. If anyone knows where I can find it for a good deal, please help me out. Also, if anyone can shed some insight as to why its so expensive on Gamecube, I'd appreciate that too. Thanks.
