When is the earliest you’d consider dealing w/ shaved legs?

I don't think letting a kid shave their legs is going to lead to drugs & pregnancy. If you're afraid that she's not coordinated to handle the razor (don't want to get rid of the dark hair just to have dark hair AND scars) then I would agree with the people who suggested products like Neet and Nair. Waxing seems a little extreme, I've never had it done but it just looks so painful!
