What constitutes a victory in Iraq?

It is impossible to claim a victory without having a clear objective in the beginning. Victory in Iraq became whatever it meant as an excuse for the corrupt Bush Admin. to remain there and award contracts. Victory means staying there so more tax money can be diverted to capitalists that agree to giving a kick back.
