White powder identification?

I have a sample of white powder that I am trying to identify. It does not turn black when in contact with iodine like starch does, but it turns into a cloudy bluish-green when poured into an equal amount of cranberry-g juice, which is acidic. It does not fizzle like when baking powder is put into cran-g juice. Any ideas would be appreciated.
