Florida Handgun Laws?

If I was charged with Armed Felony Drug trafficking in 2003, but the case was "null prosequi" (due to evidence being suppressed), can I still own a handgun in Florida? I used to have a concealed weapons permit for many years before this happened, and received a letter while in jail from FL Dept. of Agriculture and Licensing revoking CW permit.
