My xbox is being shipped back to me an it was shipped friday amd one of two companys are telling me the truth ?

Well ups said that all they got was the billing imformation then xbox said they shipped it friday then ups got a schedule delivery date is thursday is what ups said but aint saying anything about it if the barcode got scratched an aint being updated can they still deliver it cause am out my mind about this lol help!!!!!
