Most likely. Don't touch them tO much it makes it worse. It's like cats. They're either good mothers or not. She may start eating its feet and then it will die. Try just putting it back in the bedding and leaving them alone. Don't touch them or open the cage at all. Hopefully the mother pulled her hair to make a bed for them.
