Mom is RUINING my social life? help!!?

My mom thinks all people are bad, And If I hangout (regardless of whoever it is) I'll become a bad person. I'm 17I've never had friends over, and I'm not allowed to go over my friends houses or to parties and she expects me to stay home all day, everyday. She use to physically abuse me when I was younger but it no its not as bd. She's still verbally/mentally abuse me; but I'm willing to put up with everything if I can just have a normal social life. i am well liked at school and am always being asked to hangout but i always say no because my mom wont let me and now its gotten to the point where no one even bothers to ask me anymore and i am fading away into the background at school and its my SENIOR YEAR i am really starting to detest her and she is making me suffer and i honestly feel like i want nothing to do with her please help =(
