When is the earliest you’d consider dealing w/ shaved legs?

I don't think letting a kid shave their legs is going to lead to drugs & pregnancy. If you're afraid that she's not coordinated to handle the razor (don't want to get rid of the dark hair just to have dark hair AND scars) then I would agree with the people who suggested products like Neet and Nair. Waxing seems a little extreme, I've never had it done but it just looks so painful!

High range on French Horn gone?

Hey everyone. I have been having trouble with the high range for about 10 months now. Before that I was able to hit high notes real well but had so much lip pain. Then I tried to play without pain and my high and middle range was all gone!! Now I can play the middle range but can't play high notes at all. Now I play without pain but at the same time without the ability to play over a top line F with security anymore. I'm a Junior in college and it's been real frustrating because I can't play a solo piece or play anything without seeing the high notes and cracking them or having it sound like a beginner is doing it. I've done scales and harmonics for all this time yet nothing for the high range. Had the mid range for months though. Also all my stamina sucks too. I can't play the Villanelle and have a 30 minute recital in April. I'm very scared because of that too. I'm scratching the Villanelle but realized that i couldn't last 20 seconds on it, yet can play Beethoven Horn Sonata. But yeah I really need something to happen so I can at least feel like I'm getting my high range again.

White powder identification?

I have a sample of white powder that I am trying to identify. It does not turn black when in contact with iodine like starch does, but it turns into a cloudy bluish-green when poured into an equal amount of cranberry-g juice, which is acidic. It does not fizzle like when baking powder is put into cran-g juice. Any ideas would be appreciated.

She's a new mom and she'll get over how she feels... However, what was the behaviour of your sister to have a reaction from your wife...? Family members in particular can get under a new moms skin fast.. For starters they just don't listen.. Try and try they just don't.. I remember when I had my first I wanted EVERYONE to wash their hands before they touched the baby and everyone thought I was being weird... I also didn't want pop-ins. Everyone adheared EXCEPT my in-laws who brought other people with them... So, I can see why your wife is kinda freaking out.. I'm sure your sister was just excited and overjoyed, but keep the visits short and sweet.. It's going to take her time to get adjusted and let others be around the baby.. Just wait till the two of you go out for the first time alone...Bring tissues and prepare to go home a little early..... It's normal.. don't fight about it just move on....

so far they havent been playing good. Mavericks out play them. Kobe played a decent 38 minutes. but they need him to score. and i mean a lot. IDGAF if he jacks up 30+ shots he can win the game by doing that. I have to modernize one of the scenes in Macbeth. I have read the whole story but Im not sure how to modernize it. The scene my teacher chose for me was Act 1 Scene 7. That's the scene where Lady Macbeth convinces Macbeth to kill Duncan. If anyone can help me modernize this act that would be greatly appreciated.
