HP compaq 6715b boot up problem (restarts)?

You can get a Windows XP file and burn it to a CD, DVD, or a USB drive. Then you go to Support and Drivers, type "Compaq 6715b", click Download drivers, click Microsoft Windows XP Professional, and download some or all of the drivers.
