I need six pack tips plz?

ok, ur 13, when I was about that age, i had to take gym cl EVERY SINGLE DAY!! Each day consisted of 40 push-ups and 40 curl-ups with a 10 minute run afterwards. For 181 days of the year, i had to do this work-out which means I had to do 7240 push-ups and curl-ups in total. As a result, I began to notice that I got a six pack and it was just a simple workout you can do over the summer for when school starts again to look great! :-)
