My chorkie just had puppies today. Should I leave the heating pad on low even though she's panting?

Chorkie (Chihuahua and Yorkie mix) dam is 2yrs old. Litter of 2 female puppies. The heating pad is under a blanket, as a well as a fleece inside of their new home. Dam gets hot and pants from time to time. Should I leave the heating pad on through the night?
