Please help.. Friend's boyfriend (who is in the military) never showed...?

He called from kuwait and he said he will arrive at Seatac international airport today at 4:45 pm. It is not 6:18 pm and he still isnt there. He is really good about calling and we know he woulda let us know whats going on if something changed. so my question is what do we do? we are at the airport now and have paged him several times. he is not here. i dont have a flight number or airline or anything. please give us some advice we are all really worried.
