What did hilary duff do to her face?

well i saw some videos of her on youtube and noticed that her face has changed alot i know that she has lost a lot of weight and she has grown up and all but when she was seventeen she was quite skinny but her face wasn't so defined and firm but now that she is 22 she looks amazing her facial structure has totally changed has she done some kinda surgery and i do know about photoshop and contourin through makeup but still you hafta agree she has changed and any tips how to lose weight and plz no acacia berry!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
