What to buy my granddaughters for birthday?

My granddaughters will be 4 and 1 and I live out of state and as a man its hard to figure out what to buy them. There grandmother ped away and i love and miss them much and there birthday is this month. I wont be going home to see them until october. If anyone could help please I thank you in advance.
