Cejep Suspension FOR 1 YEAR?

ok, here is the situation. Well i failed a semester and now im suspended for Vanier cejep for 1 year. And to become readmitted i have to p 4 courses in this year in continuing education. Is there a way were i can do 1 semester in cont. ed. and then apply to dawson the semester after that? im planning to take 3 courses during cont ed and 1 during summer. and does my suspension carry on to the next cejep?
