Help me with a career path? (Air Force)?

I think you have a great plan there. Not only will you have the G.I. Bill when you get out, you can go to school for free while you're Enlisted. I'm doing the same thing right now. You get $4500 every fiscal year to spend on tuition. I've seen people finish their degree's before they get out. You can do it too! Just make sure you take a job that you truly are interested in, or it's going to be a rough 4 years (trust me I know). It's your decision ultimately. I hope that I was able to help you.
