Was This My Mucas Plug? ladies only please?

Ok i am 39 weeks and 2 days pregnant i have been not well and was at the dcotors this morning hes told me i have got a virus and have been suffering from diarrhea (sorry) i was down stairs and was walking up them and felt stuff running out me i thought i was my waters but when i checked there was a lump of clear clumpy slimy stuff on my pants and when i wiped myself it was yellow stuff have i just lost my mucas plug ? sorry about the gory detail
