What does 'Jacking Your Baby' mean?

I was watching Picture This!, Ashley Tisdale's movie and near the end of the movie Alexa (Lauren Collins) says to Mandy (Ashley Tisdale) "Trust me, Lisa did you a favour by jacking your baby". I was just wondering, what does that mean?
